His work has included multi-location portfolios, tenant-occupied properties, preventive maintenance, vendor relationships, capital planning, and executive reporting.

Devin’s construction background is central to how he approaches property operations. Across tenant improvements, ground-up development, renovations, and capital projects, he has worked through scope, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, contractor coordination, commissioning, and closeout. That experience helps him understand how operational decisions affect building systems, future maintenance, project risk, and owner costs—and helps him ask better questions when coordinating vendors and planning property work.
